  • Med Roasts
    All our African Arabica coffees are roasted in a Medium or City Roast profile spectrum. This means that the beans are roasted to produce the optimum flavour and aroma for their unique characteristics. The coffees with medium roast profiles are kept for a while longer in the roasting process; somewhere midway between “first and second crack”, to a release point which best fits their slightly stronger, more full bodied flavours. These coffees best fit an everyday drinking profile. These beans do well for filter machine or percolator applications.  
  • Light Roasts
    All our African Arabica coffees are roasted in a Medium or City Roast profile spectrum. This means that the beans are roasted to produce the optimum flavour and aroma for their unique characteristics. The light roasted coffees, whilst released after soon after the “first crack” of roasting, are still fully rounded in their taste – unlike much lighter roasts, which tend to be insipid, weak and often bitter. Coffees which are delicate, aromatic and easy drinking fall into this category. Applications like coffee presses, manual drip filters are well matched to these beans.
     
  • Dark Roasts
    All our African Arabica coffees are roasted in a Medium or City Roast profile spectrum. This means that the beans are roasted to produce the optimum flavour and aroma for their unique characteristics. The darker roast coffees are more robust, but never “over roasted” so that an oiliness appears on the bean. They well suit espresso applications.
  • Blends

    We can create customized coffee blend for clients, just like the Boskruin Butchery and Deli blend. So you get your own blend of the finest African Arabica coffees, which you can sell in your coffee shop as your signature coffee (giving you a unique selling point, which most other coffee shops won't have - especially those selling "branded" Italian coffees). Many corporates love this as an idea for client gifts.

  • Decaffeinated
    All our African Arabica coffees are roasted in a Medium or City Roast profile spectrum. This means that the beans are roasted to produce the optimum flavour and aroma for their unique characteristics. Our decaf beans are safely processed using the carbon filter and water method of extracting caffeine. No chemicals are applied. If you have to drink decaf for health reasons, this is an option, but be aware that quality Arabica coffees only carry around 1 % caffeine anyway.
