- Add two rounded tablespoons of freshly ground coffee per “cup” (200ml) to
the base of a clean coffee press pot.
- Slowly add just-off-the-boil filtered water (200ml) to evenly cover all the
coffee grounds.
- Stir the coffee 6 times.
- Add the filter plunger - do not press down on coffee yet!
- Steep for 3 minutes.
- Press the plunger down slowly and keep the plunger rod straight.
- Pour into cup holding the top of the plunger head.
- Brew within 14 days of roasting.
