The Green Bean African Coffee Roastery | Best Brewing Guidlines

  1. Add two rounded tablespoons of freshly ground coffee per “cup” (200ml) to the base of a clean coffee press pot.
  2. Slowly add just-off-the-boil filtered water (200ml) to evenly cover all the coffee grounds.
  3. Stir the coffee 6 times.
  4. Add the filter plunger - do not press down on coffee yet!
  5. Steep for 3 minutes.
  6. Press the plunger down slowly and keep the plunger rod straight.
  7. Pour into cup holding the top of the plunger head.
  8. Brew within 14 days of roasting.
