The Green Bean African Coffee Roastery | Basic Brewing Guidelines

Two heaped tablespoons (30ml/ 14g /1/8 cup) of
freshly roasted ground coffee e.g. medium
grind for press pot or percolator

200ml (small cup) filtered, fresh water heated to
just-off-the-boil ( 85°C)

perculator A brew time of 3-4 minutes per 200ml cup
